pleasant and practical stay

big buddha convenient location helpful staff great service
I really enjoyed the big buddha view from the rooftop pool. The gym was also very conveniently located near my room in the blue wing. i liked the short walk to both the beach and the local food market, it was very convenient. the staff had great service and were always helpful with directions and suggestions.
The walk from the main reception to the superior blue wing was longer than i initially expected. It's something to note for people with mobility issues

The breakfast buffet includes pancakes, eggs cooked various ways. assorted pastries. It provided good options to start the day. i found the food market close by to be very convenient for trying different cuisines. the pool bar provided cocktails.

The hotel features a main pool and a rooftop pool, providing choices for swimming and relaxation. I also noticed that the lower pool area had adequate shade. the lazy river provided a relaxing experience, it winds through the hotel. the gym is adequately equipped.

the hotel is situated a short walk from the beach. there are many shops and restaurants nearby, i found it quite easy to find dining and shopping options. an atm is located right outside the hotel.

underwhelming stay, some issues noted

leaking sink pool repairs
the breakfast had a decent selection. it offered enough variety to start the day.
The room had issues. The sink leaked water. repairs occurred on the pool above our room. i could hear people in the next room. A girl seemed unwell during the night.

Authentic thai experience

lazy river daily cleaning egg bar
the lazy river access from my room was very convenient i enjoyed a quick swim in the moonlight. the room received daily cleaning with fresh towels. breakfast included an egg bar and both thai and western options such as pad thai and roast chicken.
