Kata Palm Resort - Sha Plus, Kata Beach (Phuket)

My stay at the hotel was a mixed bag. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the beach, and the pool was lovely with plenty of sun beds. However, the breakfast was quite limited and could definitely be improved. While the staff were friendly and helpful, the dining experience didn't quite meet expectations, and the room I stayed in was disappointing. Overall, there were positives but also some significant drawbacks.

I really enjoyed my stay at the resort which offered a nice blend of comfort and relaxation. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff truly went out of their way to be helpful and friendly. However, there were some minor issues with breakfast service and the loud construction noise was a bit disruptive. The pool area was lovely, but securing a sunbed was a challenge during peak hours.

Our stay at the resort was wonderful, and we truly enjoyed the lush jungle vibes around the stunning pool areas. The rooms were spacious and clean, but there was a slight musty odor in the deluxe room we booked. The service was top-notch; the staff went out of their way to make our experience memorable. The location is perfect, just a short stroll from the beach, with plenty of dining options nearby. However, the coffee during breakfast could use improvement.

My stay at this hotel started off wonderfully, with a stunning lobby and a cozy pool access room that truly felt like a slice of paradise. However, the experience soured due to issues with customer service and the excursion arranged for us. While the room was fantastic, the ongoing problems with air conditioning and slow service in the restaurant left much to be desired. I might return, but only for a short stay.
